Renting
How does renting by the hour work?
Choose your pick-up and return times on the Rent a car page, pick a car and send the request. The car is held for those hours straight away. We then call or WhatsApp you to confirm the booking, the final price and what to bring.
Is my rental confirmed when I send the request?
Not yet. Your request holds the car so nobody else can take those hours, and it becomes a booking when we confirm it with you. You’ll see the status on the Manage a reservation page.
How is the price worked out?
Each car has an hourly rate in US dollars. Hours are counted from pick-up to return and rounded up to the next full hour. The site shows an estimate before you send the request, with the Liberian dollar equivalent.
What do I need to bring?
A valid driver’s licence and a photo ID. We confirm anything else, including whether a deposit applies, when we confirm your booking.
Can I get a driver, or have the car delivered?
Tick “I’d like a driver” or choose another location when you reserve, and we’ll confirm whether it’s possible for your times and what it costs.
How do I cancel or change a reservation?
Use the Manage a reservation page with your reference and the phone number or email you used. To change the time or car, message us on WhatsApp.
Buying and importing
How does vehicle sourcing from the US work?
You tell us the vehicle you want and your budget. We look at US auctions and suppliers, send you real options, and give you an estimate of the full cost to Liberia. We only buy after you approve in writing, then we arrange shipping and customs and keep you updated.
Can I see the condition of an auction vehicle before buying?
Yes, where reports are available. We share the auction condition report, photos and any history report we can get before you decide.
How long does shipping to Liberia take?
It depends on where the vehicle is, the shipping schedule and customs clearance. We give you an estimate for your specific car and update you at each step. We don’t promise fixed dates because they depend on carriers and the port.
What does the final price include?
The vehicle price, auction and transport fees where they apply, ocean shipping, Liberian customs duties, taxes and port charges, and registration. Your written estimate lists each part so there are no surprises.
What does “In transit” or “Coming soon” mean on a vehicle?
“In transit” means the vehicle is bought and on its way to Liberia. “Coming soon” means it’s expected shortly. You can ask to reserve either.

Payment methods and any deposit are agreed directly with us before a rental or purchase. This website never asks for card details.
Can I pay in Liberian dollars?
Prices are set in US dollars and the site shows an approximate Liberian dollar amount at the current Central Bank rate. Ask us about paying in Liberian dollars when we confirm.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
It depends on whether it’s a rental, a vehicle in stock or an import, and the terms are given to you in writing before you pay. Ask us for the terms that apply to you.
